ତା'ପରେ ସେ ଗୋଟିଏ ୟୁବା ଷଣ୍ଢ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ବଳିଦାନ କରିବ। ହାରୋଣର ଯାଜକ ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ରକ୍ତ ଆଣିବେ ଏବଂ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁର ଦ୍ବାର ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ଉପରେ ଚାରିଆଡେ ଛିଞ୍ଚିବେ।

ପୁଣି ସେ ସମାଗମ-ତମ୍ବୁର ଦ୍ବାର ଦେଶ ରେ ଆପଣା ବଳିର ମସ୍ତକ ଉପରେ ହାତ ରଖି ତାକୁ ବଧ କରିବ। ତା'ପରେ ହାରୋଣର ପୁତ୍ର ଯାଜକଗଣ ତାହାର ରକ୍ତ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ଉପରେ ଚାରିଆଡେ ସିଞ୍ଚନ କରିବେ।

ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଖୁବ୍ ଆଗରୁ ତାଙ୍କର ପବିତ୍ର ଲୋକ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରିଥିଲେ। ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପବିତ୍ର କରିବା ଆତ୍ମାଙ୍କର କାମ ଅଟେ। ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ରକ୍ତ ଦ୍ବାରା ପବିତ୍ର ହାଇେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେପରି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ କରିବ, ଏହା ସେ ଚାହିଁଥିଲେ। ଈଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ଓ ଶାନ୍ତି ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ବତ୍ତୁର୍।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ନୂତନ ନିୟମ ନିଜ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଆଣିଥିବା ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଆସିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ହବେଲଙ୍କ ରକ୍ତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକ ଭଲ ବାକ୍ଯ କହି ପାରୁଥିବା ରକ୍ତ ସଚେନ326 ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିଛ।

ନିସ୍ତାରପର୍ବର ମଷେଶାବକଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ହତ୍ଯା କରାଗଲା। ଏହାପରେ ଲବେୀୟମାନେ ପଶୁଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଚମଡ଼ା ଉତ୍ତାରିଲେ ଓ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ତ ଦେଲେ। ଯାଜକମାନେ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ଉପରେ ସହେି ରକ୍ତକୁ ସିଞ୍ଚିଲେ।

ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ କ'ଣ ଆଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭଟେିବା? କ'ଣ କରି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବସ୍ଥ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରିବା? କ'ଣ ହାମବେଳି ଓ ଏକବର୍ଷୀଯ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ନଇେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭଟେି ଦବୋ?
ଯିହିଜିକଲ 36:25

ତେଣୁ ଯାଜକମାନେ ବଳଦମାନଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କଲେ ଓ ରକ୍ତକୁ ରଖିଲେ। ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ସହେି ବଳଦର ରକ୍ତକୁ ବଦେୀ ଉପରେ ସିଞ୍ଚିଲେ। ଏହାପରେ ଯାଜକମାନେ ମଷେମାନଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ଯା କଲେ ଓ ମଷେମାନଙ୍କର ରକ୍ତ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ଉପରେ ସିଞ୍ଚନ କଲେ।
