ତାହା ହେଲେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ହୁଏତ ତାଙ୍କର ମନ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବେ ଓ ଯୋଜନା କରିଥିବା କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସେ ହୁଏତ ବଦଳି ଯିବେ ଓ କୋରଧ ହବେ ନାହିଁ। ତା'ପ ରେ ସେ ହୁଏତ ଦଣ୍ତ ଦବେେ ନାହିଁ।
