ଆଉ ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବାହାରି ବାବିଲ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଅଧିପତିମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନତା ସ୍ବୀକାର ନ କରିବ, ତବେେ ଏହି ନଗର କଲଦୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ସମର୍ପିତ ହବେ ଓ ସମାନେେ ଅଗ୍ନି ରେ ଏହାକୁ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରିବେ। ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ହସ୍ତରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବ ନାହିଁ।
