ବାବିଲୀଯମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟଭୀତ କରାଇବେ। ସମାନେେ ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ଆଇନ୍ ତିଆରି କରିବେ ଏବଂ ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିବେ।

ସହେି ସମୟରେ ଏକ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ଉପହାର ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଅଣା ହବେ। ସହେି ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ସହେି ଦୀର୍ଘକାଯ ଓ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆସିବ। ସବୁ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଏହି ଦୀର୍ଘକାଯ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରିବେ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଏକ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ। ସେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଅନ୍ୟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ପରାଜିତ କରିବେ। ସହେି ଦେଶ ନଦନଦୀ ଦ୍ବାରା ବିଭକ୍ତ ହାଇେଛି। ସହେି ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ସିୟୋନ ପର୍ବତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାସ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ଆସିବ।
ଯିରିମିୟ 52:9
ତା'ପ ରେ ସମାନେେ ଧରିଥିବା ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ ହମାତ୍ ଦେଶସ୍ଥ ରିବ୍ଲାକୁ ନଇଗେଲେ। ତା'ପ ରେ ସଠାେ ରେ ରାଜା ତା' ଉପ ରେ ଦଣ୍ଡ ବିଧାନ କଲେ।

ଆଉ ସେ ନଗରରୁ ଯୋଦ୍ଧାମାନଙ୍କ ଦାଯିତ୍ବ ରେ ଥିବା ଅଧିପତିଗଣଙ୍କୁ, ନଗରର ସାତଜଣ ରାଜାଙ୍କର ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟାଙ୍କୁ ଦେଶର ଲୋକ ଗଣନାକାରୀ ଓ ନଗର ମଧିଅରେ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଦେଶୀଯ ଷାଠିଏ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀକରି ନଲୋ।
