ଯାକୁବ ଫାରୋଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ମାରେ ପ୍ରବାସ କାଳର ଦିନ 130 ବର୍ଷ, ମାରେ ପରମାଯୁର ଦିନ ଅଳ୍ପ ଓ ଆପଦଜନକ। ପୁଣି ମାରହେ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରବାସ କାଳୀନ ଆଯୁର ଦିନ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ନୁହେଁ।

ଏହା ସ୍ମରଣ କର ୟେ, ମାରେ ଜୀବନ କେତେ କ୍ଷୀଣ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛ ଅଳ୍ପ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ, ଏହାପରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ମରିବୁ।

ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କ ପରି କବଳେ ଅପରିଚିତ ଆଗନ୍ତୁକ ଅଟୁ ଓ ଏହି ପୃଥିବୀ ମଧିଅରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରୁଅଛୁ। ଏହି ପୃଥିବୀର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସମୟ କବଳେ ଅତିକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ଛାଯା ତୁଲ୍ଯ। ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାହାକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରି ନ ପାରୁ।
