Deuteronomy 28:26
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ମୃତ ଶରୀର ସବୁ ହିଂସ୍ର ଜନ୍ତକ୍ସ୍ଟ, ପକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ହବେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଘଉଡାଇବା ପାଇଁ କହେି ନଥିବେ।

ଯିରିମିୟ 34:20
ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପ୍ରାଣନାଶକାରୀଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବା। ତହିଁରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶବ ଆକାଶର ପକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କର ଓ ପୃଥିବୀର ବନ୍ଯ ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ହବେ।

ପୁଣି ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୁଦାର ଓ ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ସମସ୍ତ ସାଜସଜ୍ଜା ବ୍ଯର୍ଥ କରିବା। ତା'ପ ରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କର ଖଡ୍ଗ ରେ ଧ୍ବଂସ ହବୋକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦବୋ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଶବକୁ ପକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଓ ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ରୂପେ ଦବୋ।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ସନ୍ତାନ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସବୁ ପ୍ରକାର ପକ୍ଷୀଗଣକୁ ଓ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ବନ୍ଯପଶୁକୁ କୁହ, 'ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏକତ୍ର ହାଇେ ଆସ। ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାଂସ ଖାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ରକ୍ତ ପିଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭ ୟଜ୍ଞର ଚାରିଆଡ଼େ ରୁଣ୍ଡ ହୁଅ। ମୁଁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପର୍ବତଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉପ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ମହାୟଜ୍ଞର ବନ୍ଦୋବସ୍ତ କରୁଅଛି।
