ତା'ପ ରେ ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହାଇେ ରାଜାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ହେ ମହାରାଜା, ଆପଣ ଜାଣନ୍ତୁ, ମାଦୀଯ ଓ ପାରସିକମାନଙ୍କର ଏପରି ଏକ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଅଛି, ରାଜା କୌଣସି ନିଷଧୋଜ୍ଞା ବା ବିଧି ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲେ ତାହା କବେେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ।
