Acts 28:1
ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିରାପଦ ରେ କୂଳ ରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ପରେ ଜାଣିଲୁ ଯେ, ସହେି ଉପଦ୍ବୀପର ନାମ ମଲେିତୀ। ସେତବେେଳେ ବର୍ଷା ହେଉଥିଲା।

ଦିନ ହେଲା, ମାତ୍ର ନାବିକମାନେ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନଟି ଚ଼ିହ୍ନି ପାରିଲେ ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଉପସାଗର କୂଳ ରେ ବାଲିତଟ ଦେଖିଲେ। ସମ୍ଭବ ହେଲେ ସହେି କୂଳ ରେ ଜାହାଜ ଲଗଇବୋ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥିର କଲେ।

ସେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାହାଜର କୌଣସି କାଠ ପଟା ବା ଭଙ୍ଗା ଅଂଶକୁ ଧରି ବା ଭଳୋ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ରେ କୂଳକୁ ୟିବା ପାଇଁ କହିଲେ। ଏହିପରି ଭାବରେ ସମସ୍ତେ ନିରାପଦ ରେ କୂଳ ରେ ଆସି ପହନ୍ଚିଲେ। କାହାର ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ହେଲା ନାହିଁ।
