ସେଥି ରେ ୟିଲ୍ଗହ ନିଜର ଭାଇମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପଳାଇ ଟୋବ୍ ଦେଶ ରେ ବାସ କଲା। ସେଥି ରେ କେତେ ଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିଏ ଅଗାଡି ଲୋକ ୟିଲ୍ଗହ ସଙ୍ଗେ ମିଳି ତାହାଙ୍କ ସହଚର ହେଲେ।

ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବହକ୍ସ୍ଟତ ଲୋକ ଥିଲେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବିପଦ ରେ ଥିଲେ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଋଣଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଥିଲେ, ଆଉ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଜୀବନ ରେ ଶାନ୍ତି ପାଇନାହିଁନ୍ତି, ଏହିପରି ଲୋକମାନେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସାଥି ହେଲେ। ଏହିପରି ଭାବରେ ଦାଉଦ 400 ଲୋକଙ୍କର ନେତା ହେଲ।
ଦିତୀୟ ଶାମୁୟେଲ 10:6
ଅେମ୍ମାନୀୟମାନେ ହୃଦଯଙ୍ଗମ କଲେ ଯେ, ରାଜା ଦାଉଦ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ତାଙ୍କର ଶତୃ ବୋଲି ବିବଚେନା କଲେ। ତେଣୁ ସମାନେେ 20 ,000 ଅରାମୀଯ ୈସନ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୈଥ-ରହାବେ ଓ ସୋବାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ 1,000 ଜଣ ମାଖାର ରାଜାଙ୍କଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଏବଂ ଟୋବରକ୍ସ୍ଟ 12,000 ସୈନ୍ଯ ଭଡା ରେ ଆଣିଲେ।

ସହେିଦିନ ଅେମ୍ମାନୀୟମାନେ ବାହାରି ଆସିଲେ ଏବଂ ନଗରର ଫାଟକ ନିକଟରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତକ୍ସ୍ଟତ ହାଇେ ରହିଲେ। ସୋବା ଓ ରହୋବର ଅରାମୀଯ ଲୋକମାନେ, ଟୋବର ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ଏବଂ ମାଖା ନଗର ବାହାର କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ରେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହେଲ।

ତେଣୁ ଦାଉଦ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର 600 ଲୋକ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପରିତ୍ଯାଗ କଲେ। ମାଯୋକର ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ର ଆଖୀଶ ନାମକ ଗାଥର ରାଜା ନିକଟକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗଲେ।
ପ୍ରଥମ ଶାମୁୟେଲ 30:22
କିଛି ଦକ୍ସ୍ଟଷ୍ଟ, ଖଳ ପ୍ରକୃତିର ଲୋକମାନେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗ ରେ ୟାଇଥିଲେ। ସହେି ଖଳ ପ୍ରକୃତିର ଲୋକମାନେ କହିଲେ, ଏହି ଯେଉଁ 200 ଜଣ ଲୋକ ଆମ ସଙ୍ଗେ ୟାଇ ନ ଥିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆଣିଥିବା ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦବୋ ନାହିଁ। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କବଳେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପିଲା ଓ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଫରୋଇ ଦିଅ।
ଆୟୁବ ପୁସ୍ତକ 30:1
କିନ୍ତୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମାେ'ଠାରୁ ବଯସ ରେ ସାନ ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ମାେତେ ପରିହାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ଆଉ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପିତାଗଣ ଏଭଳି ଅ ଯୋଗ୍ଯ ଯେ ମୁଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମାେ ମେଣ୍ଢା ପଲ କରୁଥିବା କୁକୁରମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ରଖାଇବି ନାହିଁ।

କିନ୍ତୁ ଅବିଶ୍ବାସୀ ଯିହୂଦୀୟମାନେ ଈର୍ଷାପରାୟଣ ହାଇେ ବଜାରରୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦଳ ଏକାଠି କଲେ ଓ ନଗର ରେ ଗଣ୍ଡଗୋଳ ସୃଷ୍ଟିକେଲ। ସମାନେେ ନଗର ରେ ଉପଦ୍ରବ କରି ଯାସୋନଙ୍କ ଘର ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ପାଉଲ ଓ ଶୀଲାଙ୍କୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗକୁ ଧରି ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେ଼ଷ୍ଟା କଲେ।
