ପିତରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଥମ ପତ୍ 3:20
ବହୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ନୋହଙ୍କ ସମୟରେ ଏହି ଆତ୍ମାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଅବାଧ୍ଯ ହାଇେଥିଲେ। ନୋହ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଜାହାଜ ତିଆରି କଲା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ର୍ଧୈୟ୍ଯ ସହିତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରୁଥିଲେ। ସହେି ଜାହାଜ ରେ ଅଳ୍ପ କେତେ ଜଣ, ମାତ୍ର ଆଠ ଜଣ ଜଳରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇପାରିଲେ।
