Numbers 32:20
ତେଣୁ ମାଶାେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯବେେ ଏହିସବୁ କରିବ, ତବେେ ଏହି ଭୂମି ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଧିକୃତ ହବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ସସଜ୍ଜ ହାଇେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ଆଗଇେ ଯିବେ।

ସହେି ସମୟରେ ମୁ ସହେି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦଇେ କହିଲି: 'ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାସ କରିବାକୁ ଏହି ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ କୂଳସ୍ଥ ଦେଶ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧ୍ଯରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବୀର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଯମାନେ ସୂସଜ୍ଜ ହାଇେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭାଇମାନଙ୍କର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ-ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମିଖ ରେ ପାର ହାଇଯେିବେ।

ମନରେଖ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସବେକ ମାଶାେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଇେଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ସ୍ଥାନ ଦବେେ। ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଦେଶ ଦବେେ।

ଯିହାଶୂେୟ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ, ମାଶାେ ଥିଲେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସବେକ। ମାଶାେ ଯାହା କହିଥିଲେ, ଆପଣାମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସର୍ବୋପରି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାରେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ମାନିଛ।
