Matthew 21:15
ପ୍ରଧାନ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଧର୍ମଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ଏ ବିସ୍ମୟ ଜନକ କାମ ଦେଖିଲେ। ମନ୍ଦିର ପରିସର ରେ ପିଲାମାନେ ପାଟି କରି ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ମହିମା ଗାନ କରୁଥିବାର ସମାନେେ ଶୁଣିଲେ। ପିଲାମାନେ କହୁଥିଲେ, ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କ ମହିମା ଗାନ କର। ଏସବୁ ଘଟଣା ରେ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଧର୍ମଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ରାଗିଗଲେ।

ଯୀଶୁ ମନ୍ଦିର ପରିସରକୁ ଗଲେ। ସଠାେରେ ସେ ଉପଦେଶ ଦେଉଥିବା ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାଚ଼ୀନ ନେତାମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଆସିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ପଚ଼ାରିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭକୁ କୁହ, ଏଭଳି ସବୁ କାମ କେଉଁ ଅଧିକାର ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କରୁଛ? ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଏ ଅଧିକାର କିଏ ଦଲୋ?

ଯୀଶୁ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ଛାଡି ଯାଉଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ଅନ୍ଧ ଲୋକ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ପାଟି କରି କହୁଥିଲେ, ହେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର , ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୟା କର।
