ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଗୁପ୍ତ ରହିଥିବା ବିଷୟ ଜ୍ଞାତ ହବେ ଓ ପ୍ରକାଶ୍ଯକୁ ଅଣାୟିବ। ଏପରି କୌଣସି ଗୁପ୍ତ ଜିନିଷ ନାହିଁ, ଯାହା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରାୟିବ ନାହିଁ, ଜ୍ଞାତ ହବେ ନାହିଁ ଓ ପ୍ରକାଶ୍ଯକୁ ଅଣା ୟିବ ନାହିଁ।
