ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହିକଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେପରି ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜା ସିଦିକିଯକୁ ତାହାର ପ୍ରାଣ ନାଶକାରୀ ଶତ୍ରୁ ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦନିତ୍ସର ହସ୍ତ ରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କଲୁ,' ସହେିପରି, 'ଆମ୍ଭେ ମିଶରର ରାଜା ଫାରୋ-ହଫ୍ରାକୁ ତାହାର ପ୍ରାଣନାଶକାରୀ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବା।

ହେ ଯିରିମିୟ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କେତଗେୁଡ଼ିଏ ବୃହତ୍ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ନଇେ ତଫନଦେଶ ରେ ଫାରୋ ଗୃହର ପ୍ରବେଶ ସ୍ଥାନ ନିକଟରେ କାଦୁଅ ଚଟାଣ ଭିତ ରେ ଯିହୁଦାର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତ ରେ ଲୁଚାଇ ରଖ।
Ezekiel 30:21
ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ପୁତ୍ର, ମୁଁ ମିଶରର ରାଜା ଫାରୋର ବାହୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଅଛି। ତା'ର ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଔଷଧ ଲଗାଇ ପଟି ବାନ୍ଧିବାକୁ କହେି ନାହିଁ। ତେଣୁ ତାହାର ହସ୍ତ ଆଉ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଧାରଣ କରିବାକୁ ସବଳ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।

ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦନିତ୍ସର ମିଶର ଦେଶକୁ ଆସି ତାକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବା କଥା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦବକ୍ତା ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ,

ମିଶର, ୟିଏକି ମହାନତା ରେ ଗୌରବ ରେ ଏଦନର ବୃକ୍ଷଗୁଡ଼ିକ ତୁମ୍ଭପରି ? ଏହା ବ୍ଯତୀତ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏଦନର ବୃକ୍ଷଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସହିତ ପୃଥିବୀ ଭୂତଳକୁ ଅଣାୟିବ। ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅସୁନ୍ନତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଖଡ୍ଗହତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଶଯନ କରିବ। ହଁ, ଫାରୋ ଓ ତାହାର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଏହା ହିଁ ଘଟିବ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହା କରିଛନ୍ତି।
