Jeremiah 38:13
ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ରଜ୍ଜୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ରେ ଟାଣି ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କୁ କୂପରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲେ। ଆଉ ଯିରିମିୟ ପ୍ରହରୀ ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣ ରେ ରହିଲେ।

ଏଣୁ ସମାନେେ ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କୁ ନଇେ ପ୍ରହରୀ ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣସ୍ଥିତ ମଲିଯ ରାଜପୁତ୍ରର କୂପ ରେ ପକାଇ ଦେଲେ। ସମାନେେ ରଜ୍ଜୁ ରେ ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କୁ କୂପ ମଧ୍ଯକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ଦେଲେ। ପୁଣି ସହେି କୂପ ରେ ଜଳ ନ ଥିଲା, କବଳେ ପଙ୍କ ଥିଲା। ଯିରିମିୟ ସହେି ପଙ୍କ ରେ ନିମଗ୍ନ ହେଲେ।

ତେଣୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ଅଧିକୃତ ହବୋ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଯିରିମିୟ ପ୍ରହରୀ ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣ ରେ ରହିଲେ।
