Jeremiah 1:18
କାରଣ ଦେଖ, ଆଜି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶ, ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜଗଣ, ତହିଁର ଅଧିପତିଗଣ, ତହିଁର ଯାଜକଗଣ ଓ ଦେଶସ୍ଥ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଏକ ଦୃଢ଼ ନଗର, ଲୌହସ୍ତମ୍ଭ ଓ ପିତ୍ତଳର ପ୍ରାଚୀର ସ୍ବରୂପ କଲୁ।

| pillar, | בַּרְזֶ֛ל | barzel | bahr-ZEL |
| brasen and | וּלְחֹמ֥וֹת | ûlĕḥōmôt | oo-leh-hoh-MOTE |
| walls | נְחֹ֖שֶׁת | nĕḥōšet | neh-HOH-shet |
| against | עַל | ʿal | al |
| the whole | כָּל | kāl | kahl |
| land, | הָאָ֑רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| against the kings | לְמַלְכֵ֤י | lĕmalkê | leh-mahl-HAY |
| of Judah, | יְהוּדָה֙ | yĕhûdāh | yeh-hoo-DA |
| princes the against | לְשָׂרֶ֔יהָ | lĕśārêhā | leh-sa-RAY-ha |
