Isaiah 26:17
ଅନ୍ତଃସତ୍ତ୍ବା ନାରୀ ଗର୍ଭ ବଦନୋ ରେ ବ୍ଯଥିତ ହାଇେ ଯେପରି କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସହେିପରି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ନ ଥିଲା ବେଳେ ହାଇେଅଛୁ।

ସହେି ଭୟଙ୍କର ଦୃଶ୍ଯ ଦେଖି ମାରେ ପଟେ ୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହାଇେଅଛି। ସହେି ୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ପ୍ରସବକାଳୀନ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୋକର ବଦନୋ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ମାେତେ କଷ୍ଟ ଦେଉଛି। ମୁଁ ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଶୁଣି ଭୟଭୀତ ହାଇେ ପଡ଼ିଛି। ମୁଁ ଏତେ ଭୀତ ଯେ ଭୟ ରେ ଥରୁଅଛି।

ଲୋକେ କହିବେ : ଆମ୍ଭେ ଶାନ୍ତି ପାଇଛୁ ଓ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଅଛୁ। ସହେି ସମୟରେ ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ପ୍ରସବ-ବଦନୋ ହେଲା ଭଳି, ହଠାତ୍ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବିନାଶ ଆସିବ ଓ ସମାନେେ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
