ତା'ପରେ ସମାନେେ ଯିରୀହାକେୁ ଆସିଲେ। ଯୀଶୁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଶିଷ୍ଯ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଅନକେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସହେି ସହର ଛାଡି ୟିବା ସମୟରେ ଟୀମାୟର ପୁଅ ବାର୍ଟୀମୟ ନାମକ ଜଣେ ଅନ୍ଧ ଭିକାରୀ ରାସ୍ତା କଡ ରେ ବସିଥିଲା। ସେ ସଦାବାଳେ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଭିକ ମାଗୁଥିଲା।
