Genesis 1:26
ଏହାପରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କହିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିମୂର୍ତ୍ତୀ ରେ ଓ ଆପଣା ସାଦୃଶ୍ଯ ରେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରୁ। ସମାନେେ ଜଳଚ଼ର ମତ୍ସ୍ଯଗଣ ଓ ଆକାଶର ପକ୍ଷୀଗଣ, ପଶୁଗଣ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ପୃଥିବୀ ଓ ଭୂମିରେ ଗମନଶୀଳ ସବୁ ଉରୋଗାମୀ ଜନ୍ତୁ ଉପରେ କତ୍ତୁର୍ତ୍ବ କରିବେ। ଏବଂ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଭୂଚ଼ର ପ୍ରାଣୀ ପୃଥିବୀ ଉପରେ ଗମନ କରୁଥିଲା।

ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଆଦମଙ୍କର ବଂଶାବଳୀର ଇତିହାସ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାଙ୍କ ସାଦୃଶ୍ଯ ରେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲେ।
