Ezekiel 2
1 ଅନନ୍ତର ସେ ମାେତେ କହିଲେ, ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ପୁତ୍ର, ଉଠ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ କଥା ହବେି।
2 ତା'ପ ରେ ଏକ ଆତ୍ମା ମାେ ମଧିଅରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ମାେତେ ଠିଆ କରାଇଲା। ତାପ ରେ ସହେି ସ୍ବର ମାେ ସହିତ କଥାବାର୍ତ୍ତା କରିବାକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲା।
3 ତା'ପ ରେ ସେ ମାେତେ କହିଲା, ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ପୁତ୍ର, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ପ୍ ରରଣେ କରୁଛି। ସମାନେେ ଏକ ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ ଜାତି। ସମାନେେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣ ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ବିଦ୍ରୋହ କଲେ ଓ ଆଜି ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ପାପ କରି ଚାଲିଛନ୍ତି।
4 ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ସ୍ବେଚ୍ଛାଚାରୀ ଓ କଠିନ ଚିତ୍ତ। ତଥାପି ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ନିକଟକୁ ପଠାଉଛି। ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କୁହ, 'ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହିଛନ୍ତି।'
5 ସମାନେେ ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ ବଂଶ, ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭ କଥା ଶୁଣନ୍ତୁ ବା ନ ଶୁଣନ୍ତୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହିସବୁ କଥା ନିଶ୍ଚଯ କହିବ, ଯାହା ଫଳ ରେ ସମାନେେ ଜାଣିବେ ଯେ, ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧିଅରେ ଜଣେ ଭବିଷ୍ଯତବକ୍ତା ପହଞ୍ଚିଛନ୍ତି।
6 ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ପୁତ୍ର, ଏହିସବୁ ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚତୁଃପାଶର୍ବ ରେ କଣ୍ଟକ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଅଟନ୍ତି ଓ ଏହା ସତେ ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେ କଙ୍କଡ଼ାବିଚ୍ଛାମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ବାସ କରୁଅଛ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଭୟ କର ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଯାହା କୁହନ୍ତି, ସେଥି ରେ ଭୟଭୀତ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ, ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଚାହାଁଣି ଦ୍ବାରା ଆତଙ୍କିତ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ।
7 ସମାନେେ ଶୁଣନ୍ତୁ ବା ନ ଶୁଣନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଯାହା କହୁଛି, ସେସବୁକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କୁହ କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ।
8 ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ପୁତ୍ର, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯାହା କହୁଅଛୁ ତାହା ଶୁଣ ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହିସବୁ ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀମାନଙ୍କ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ ; ନିଜର ମୁଖ ଖାେଲ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯାହା ଦେଉଅଛୁ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କର।
9 ତା'ପ ରେ ମୁଁ ଦେଖିଲି ଏକ ହସ୍ତ ମାେ ଆଡ଼େ ପ୍ରସାରିତ ହେଲା। ସେ ହାତ ରେ ଲଖାେଥିବା ଏକ ନଳାକାର ପୁସ୍ତକ ଥିଲା।
10 ଆଉ ମୁଁ ସହେି ଗୁଡ଼ା ହାଇେଥିବା ପୁସ୍ତକକୁ ପ୍ରସାରିତ କଲି ଓ ତାହାର ଉପର ଓ ତଳ ଲଖାେ ହାଇେଥିବାର ଦେଖିଲି। ଆଉ ସେଥି ରେ ବିଳାପ, ଶାେକ ଓ ସନ୍ତାପର କଥା ଲିଖିତ ଥିଲା।
1 And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.
2 And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me.
3 And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.
4 For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God.
5 And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house,) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.
6 And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.
7 And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they are most rebellious.
8 But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee.
9 And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;
10 And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.
