Exodus 30:7
ହାରୋଣ ସୁଗନ୍ଧିତ ଧୂପ ଜଳାଇବ। ସେ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରଭାତ ରେ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ପରିଷ୍କାର କରିବା ବେଳେ ସହେି ଧୂପ ଜଳାଇବ।

ଅମ୍ରାମଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ଥିଲେ ହାରୋଣ ଓ ମାଶାେ। ହାରୋଣ ବିଶଷେ ରୂପେ ମନୋନୀତ କରାୟାଇଥିଲେ। ହାରୋଣ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ବଂଶଧରମାନେ ଚିରକାଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ, ବିଶଷେ ରୂପେ ମନୋନୀତ ହାଇେଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସବୋକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସବୁଠାରୁ ମହାପବିତ୍ର ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମନୋନୀତ କରାୟାଇଥିଲା। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ସୁଗନ୍ଧି ଧୂପ ଜଳାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ହାରୋଣ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବଂଶ ମନୋନୀତ ହାଇେଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ଯାଜକରୂପେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସବୋକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମନୋନୀତ ହାଇେଥିଲେ। ଚିରକାଳ ପାଇଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମକୁ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିବା ଓ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସମାନେେ ମନୋନୀତ ହାଇେଥିଲେ।

ଧୂପ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯାଜକମାନେ ସଦା ବେଳେ ଜଣେ ଯାଜକଙ୍କୁ ବାଛୁଥିଲେ। ଜିଖରିୟଙ୍କୁ ଏଥିପାାଇଁ ବଛାଗଲା। ତେଣୁ ଜିଖରିୟ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ଭିତରକୁ ଧୂପ ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ଗଲେ।

ଏହାପରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ନିକଟରେ ସୁଗନ୍ଧ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଗୁଗ୍ଗୁଳ ଓ ନଖୀ, କୁନ୍ଦୁରୁ ଓ ନିର୍ମଳ ଲୋବାନ୍। ଏହି ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ସୁଗନ୍ଧି ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ସମଭାବରେ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କର।
