ଏଥି ରେ ହାଗଯ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତାର ଓ ଇଦ୍ଦୋର ପୁତ୍ର ଜିଖରିଯର ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବାକ୍ଯ ସହକା ରେ ୟିହୁଦୀଯ ପ୍ରାଚୀନବର୍ଗ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ ଓ କୃତକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ହେଲେ। ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଅନୁସାରେ ଓ ପାରସ୍ଯ ରାଜା କୋରସ ଓ ଦାରିଯାବସ ଓ ଅର୍ତ୍ତକ୍ଷସ୍ତର ଆଜ୍ଞା ଅନୁସାରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରି ସମାପ୍ତ କଲେ।

ପ୍ରଥମ ବର୍ଷ ରେ କୋରସ ପାରସ୍ଯର ରାଜା ଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଘାଷେଣା ପତ୍ର ଲେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିଲେ ଓ ଉକ୍ତ ଘାଷେଣାନାମାକୁ ତାଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ଯର ଗ୍ଭରିଆଡେ ପଢି ଶୁଣାଇ ଥିଲେ। ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା କୁହାୟାଇଥିବା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ଏହା ଥିଲା। ସହେି ଘାଷେଣା ନାମାଟି ଏହିପରି ଥିଲା।

ତା'ପ ରେ ମୁଁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଅନାଇଲି ଓ ଦେଖିଲି, ଦୁଇଟି ତମ୍ବା ପର୍ବତ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଗ୍ଭରି ଗୋଟି ରଥ ନିର୍ଗତ ହେଲା।

ପର୍ବତ ଉପରକୁ ୟାଅ ଓ କାଠ ନଇେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିର୍ମାଣ କର। ତା'ପ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ଗୃହ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହବୋ ଓ ଗୌରବାନ୍ବିତ ହବୋ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା କହିଲେ।
Isaiah 44:28
ଆମ୍ଲଭସକାରସ ବିଷଯସର କହୁ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭସମଷପାଳକ, ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ଆମ୍ଭର ମଙ୍ଗଳ କରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଲଭ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ପୁନଃନିର୍ମିତସହବସବାଲି କହିବ।' ପୁଣି ମନ୍ଦିରର ମୂଳଦୁଆ ସ୍ଥାପିତସହବସବାଲି ତୁମ୍ଲଭ କହିବ।'
