Deuteronomy 1:21
ଦେଖ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଆଗ ରେ ସହେିଦେଶ ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ୟାଅ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କର। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପୁର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞାନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ ଏପରି କରିବାକୁ କହିଥିଲେ। ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଭୟ କି ନାରାଶ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ ନାହିଁ।'

Isaiah 41:10

ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଶତୃମାନଙ୍କ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କରିବାକୁ ବାହାରିବ, ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାଙ୍କର ଅନକେ ଅଶ୍ବାରୋହୀ, ରଥା ରୋହୀ ଏବଂ ଯଦି ତାଙ୍କର ଅଧିକ ସଂଖ୍ଯକ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଥାନ୍ତି, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଭୟ କରିବାର କିଛି ନାହିଁ କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ସର୍ବଦା ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଏବଂ ସହେି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଶର ମଧ୍ଯରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବାହାରକରି ଆଣିଛନ୍ତି।

ଯବେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଠା ରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ତବେେ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହେି ଦେଶକୁ ଆଣିବେ ଓ ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦବେେ, ସହେି ଦେଶ ଦୁଗ୍ଧମଧୁ ପ୍ରବାହୀ ଅଟେ।

କାଲେବ୍ ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ନିକଟରେ ଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଆସ ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହାକୁ ଅକ୍ତିଆର କରିବା, ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କିରିବାକୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ୟଥେଷ୍ଟ ବଳ ଅଛି।
