ତେଣୁ ୟବଯଷର ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ବୈଥ୍ଶାନକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଗଲେ, ସମାନେେ ରାତ୍ରି ତମାମ ୟାତ୍ରା କଲେ, ତା'ପରେ ସମାନେେ ସଠାେରେ ପହଁଞ୍ଚି ଶାଉଲଙ୍କର ଶରୀରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବୈଥଶାନ କାନ୍ଥରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତଳକକ୍ସ୍ଟ କାଢିଲେ, ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଶାଉଲର ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କର ଶରୀରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ୟାବେଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଣିଲେ। ୟାବେଶର ଏହିସବୁ ଲୋକମାନେ ଶାଉଲ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କର ଶରୀରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସହେିଠା ରେ ପୋଡି଼ ଦେଲେ।

ୟିହକ୍ସ୍ଟଦାର ଲୋକମାନେ ହିବ୍ରୋଣକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆସି ଦାଉଦଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ୟିହକ୍ସ୍ଟଦାର ରାଜା ଭାବରେ ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ କଲେ। ତା'ପରେ ସମାନେେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ୟାବେଶ୍ ଗିଲିଯଦୀଯମାନେ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କବର ଦେଲେ ବୋଲି ଲୋକମାନେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଜଣାଇଲେ।

Jeremiah 34:5
