ଲବେୀୟମାନେ କହିବେ, 'ଆପଣା ପିତା ମାତାଙ୍କୁ ୟିଏ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କରେ ଓ ଅସମ୍ମାନ କରେ ସେ ଅଭିଶଲ୍ଗ ହେଉ।'

ଯବେେ କାହାର ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ର ଅବାଧ୍ଯ ଓ ପିତା ମାତାଙ୍କ କଥା ପାଳନ ନ କରେ , ପିତାମାତାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଅବଜ୍ଞା ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେ ତାଗିଦ୍ ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ସେ ତାହାପ୍ରତି କର୍ଣପାତ ମଧ୍ଯ କରେ ନାହିଁ।
Ezekiel 22:7

କିଛି ଲୋକ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ପିତାଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ କହନ୍ତି। ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ମାତାଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦଖାଇେ ନାହାନ୍ତି।
