ଆଉ ଯବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସ୍ବପ୍ନ ଓ ତାହାର ଅର୍ଥ ପ୍ରକାଶ କର, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାଠାରୁେ ଉପହାର, ପୁରସ୍କାର ଓ ସମ୍ମାନ ପାଇବ। ଏଣୁ ସହେି ସ୍ବପ୍ନ ଓ ତାହାର ଅର୍ଥ ମାେତେ କୁହ।

ତା'ପ ରେ ରାଜା ଦାନିୟେଲଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ଯ ରେ ଏକ ମହାନ୍ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ରେ ନିୟୁକ୍ତି କଲେ ଓ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ଯ ଉପହାରମାନ ଦେଲେ। ଆଉ ବାବିଲ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଉପ ରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ସମସ୍ତ କତ୍ତୁର୍ତ୍ବ ପଦ ଦଇେ ବାବିଲସ୍ଥ ସବୁ ବିଦ୍ବାନ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଉପ ରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଅଧିପତି କଲେ।
Daniel 5:29
ବଲେଶତ୍ସର ଆଜ୍ଞା ରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ଦାନିୟେଲଙ୍କୁ ବାଇଗଣିଆ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପିନ୍ଧାଇଲେ ଓ ତାଙ୍କ କଣ୍ଠ ରେ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣର ହାର ଦେଲେ। ଆଉ ସେ ରାଜ୍ଯର ତୃତୀୟ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ହବେେ ବୋଲି ଘାଷେଣା କଲେ।

ତହୁଁ ମାୟୋବର ଓ ମିଦିଯନର ପ୍ରାଚୀନବର୍ଗ ଉପହାର ନଇେ ଆସିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ବିଲିଯମ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହାଇେ ବାଲାକ ଯାହା କହିଥିଲେ ତାହା କହିଲେ।

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯଦି ମାେତେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କର, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବହୁତ ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଦବେି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ଯାହା କହିବ ତାହା ମୁଁ କରିବି, ଏଣୁ ପାର୍ଥନା କରି ମୁଁ ବିନଯ କରୁଅଛି, ମାେ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦିଅ।

ବାଲାକ୍ ବିଲିଯମକୁ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମାରେ କୁଳିନମାନଙ୍କ ମାଧ୍ଯମ ରେ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କଲି। କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆସିଲ ନାହିଁ। ମୁଁ କ'ଣ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଦବୋକୁ ସମର୍ଥ ନୁହେଁ କି?

ଏଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ୟାଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅତି ସମ୍ଭ୍ରାନ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ବିଚାର ଥିଲା। ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ପାଇବାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ କଲେ।

ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଶୁଣୁଅଛି ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅର୍ଥ ପ୍ରକାଶ ଓ ସନ୍ଦହେ ଭଞ୍ଜନ କରିପାର। ଏତେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯଦି ଏହି ଲଖାେ ପାଠ କରି ତହିଁର ଅର୍ଥ ମାେତେ ଜଣାଇ ପାର, ତବେେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବାଇଗଣିଆ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଉପହାର ଦବେି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ କଣ୍ଠ ରେ ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହାର ଲମ୍ବାଇବି। ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେ ରାଜ୍ଯ ରେ ତୃତୀୟ ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ହବେ।
