ଗାଲ୍ଲିଯୋନ୍ ଆଖାଯାର ରାଜ୍ଯପାଳ ହେଲେ। ସେ ସମୟରେ ଯିହୂଦୀୟମାନେ ମିଳିତ ଭାବରେ ଚେ଼ଷ୍ଟା କରି ପାଉଲଙ୍କୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଅଦାଲତାକୁ ନଇଗେଲେ।
