ଜନସମୂହ ଓ ନଗରର ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ କଥା ଶୁଣି ବିଚ଼ଳିତ ହାଇପେଡ଼ିଲେ।
