ତେଣୁ ଯଦି ଲୋକମାନେ ଦଣ୍ଡ ପାଆନ୍ତି, ସମାନେେ ରସି ଓ ଜଞ୍ଜିର ରେ ବନ୍ଧା ହୁଅନ୍ତି।
