ଚତୁର୍ଥ ପଂକ୍ତି ରେ ବୈଦୂର୍ୟ୍ଯ, ଗୋମଦେକ ଓ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯକାନ୍ତ। ଏହିସବୁ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ପଂକ୍ତି ରେ ବସାୟିବ।

ସିଂହାସନ ରେ ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ବସିଥିଲେ, ତାହାଙ୍କର ରୂପ ମୂଲ୍ଯବାନ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯକାନ୍ତମଣି ଓ ପଦ୍ମରାଗମଣି ଭଳି ଦଖାଯାେଉଥିଲା। ତାହାଙ୍କ ସିଂହାସନକୁ ମରକତମଣିର ଶାେଭା ସଦୃଶ ଗୋଟିଏ ମେଘଧନୁ ଘରେି ରହିଥିଲା।

ସହେି ନଗରୀ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଗୌରବ ରେ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ବଳମୟ ଦଖାଯାେଉଥିଲା। ଏହା ମୂଲ୍ଯବାନ ମଣି, ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯକାନ୍ତ ପରି ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ବଳ ହାଇେ ଝଲକୁଥିଲା। ଏହା ସ୍ଫଟିକ ପରି ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛ ଥିଲା।

ସହେି ନଗରୀର କାନ୍ଥ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯକାନ୍ତମଣି ରେ ତିଆରି ହାଇେଥିଲା। ସହେି ନଗରୀ ସ୍ବଚ୍ଛକାଚ ପରି ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ବଳ ଖାଣ୍ଟି ସୁନା ରେ ତିଆରି ହାଇେଥିଲା।
