ପୁଣି ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ବିଧି, ଶାସନବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷାସମୂହ ଲେଖି ଅଛନ୍ତି। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାହା ସଦାକାଳ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ମନୋୟୋଗ କରିବ। ଆଉ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦବଗେଣଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭୟ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
