ଅଧ୍ଯକ୍ଷ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଜଣଙ୍କ ଏତେ ଭଲ ହବୋ ଦରକାର ଯେ ଲୋକେ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିବାକୁ ଅସମର୍ଥ ହବେେ। ତାହାଙ୍କର ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଗୋଟିଏ ମାତ୍ର ପତ୍ନୀ ଥିବା ଉଚିତ। ତାହାଙ୍କର ଆତ୍ମସଂୟମ ଥିବା ଦରକାର ଓ ସେ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ ହବୋ ଦରକାର। ସେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ସମ୍ମାନ ପାଉଥିବା ଦରକାର। ନିଜ ଘ ରେ ସ୍ବାଗତ କରି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଥିବା ଦରକାର। ସେ ଜଣେ ଭଲ ଶିକ୍ଷାଦାତା ହାଇେଥିବା ଦରକାର।
