ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ବିନଷ୍ଟ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଜଣେ ସ୍ବର୍ଗଦୂତଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ ରରଣେ କଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସ୍ବର୍ଗଦୂତ ଯେତବେେଳେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ବିନାଶ କରିବାକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାହା ଦେଖି ଦୁଃଖିତ ହେଲେ। ତେଣୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ବିନଷ୍ଟ ନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସ୍ଥିର କଲେ। ବିନାଶ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ସାଧନ କରୁଥିବା ସ୍ବର୍ଗଦୂତଙ୍କୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ, ବନ୍ଦ କର ! ୟଥେଷ୍ଟ ହେଲା ! ସହେି ସମୟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦୂତ ୟିବୂଷୀଯ ଅରଣନର ରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହାଇେଥିଲେ।

ଏହି ଶିଳାବୃଷ୍ଟି ୟଥେଷ୍ଟ ହେଲା! ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ କୁହ ଏହି ବୃଷ୍ଟି ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏବଂ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡି ଦବେି। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଆଉ ଏଠା ରେ ରହିବା ଦରକାର ନାହିଁ।
