ବନାଯ ତିରିଶ ଜଣ ବୀରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ବିଖ୍ଯାତ ଥିଲେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ତିନି ବୀରଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଜଣେ ନ ଥିଲେ। ଦାଉଦ ବନାଯଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କର ଅଙ୍ଗରକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କ ନେତା ଭାବରେ ମନୋନୀତ କଲେ।
