Deuteronomy 19:15
“यदि कुनै मानिस व्यवस्था विरोधी कार्य गरेकोमा दोषी भए उसको दोष प्रमाण गर्न एक जना गवाही पर्याप्त हुँदैन। त्यस मानिसले साँच्चै दोष गरेको प्रमाणित गर्न दुई अथवा तीनजना गवाहीहरू चाहिन्छन्।
