अय्यूबको आफ्नै 7,000 भेडाहरू, 3,000 ऊँटहरू, 1,000 साँढेहरू र 500 गधाहरू थिए। उनको धेरै नोकर चाकरहरू थिए। अय्यूब पूर्वतिरका एक धनी मानिस थिए।
