राहाबले भनिन्, “म जान्दछु कि परमप्रभुले यो भूमि तपाईंहरूको मानिसहरूलाई दिनु भएको छ। तिमीहरूले हामीलाई भयभीत तुल्याउँछौ। यो देशमा बस्ने समस्त मानिसहरू तिमीहरूसित भयभीत छन्।

upon	אֵֽימַתְכֶם֙	ʾêmatkem	ay-maht-HEM
us, and that	עָלֵ֔ינוּ	ʿālênû	ah-LAY-noo
all	וְכִ֥י	wĕkî	veh-HEE
the inhabitants	נָמֹ֛גוּ	nāmōgû	na-MOH-ɡoo
of the land	כָּל	kāl	kahl
faint	יֹֽשְׁבֵ֥י	yōšĕbê	yoh-sheh-VAY
because	הָאָ֖רֶץ	hāʾāreṣ	ha-AH-rets
