Jeremiah 49:2
परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ, “अम्मोनको रब्बाले युद्धको स्वर सुन्ने समय आउनेछ। रब्बा एउटा नष्ट पहाड हुनेछ। वरिपरिका सबै गाउँहरू जलाइनेछन् र जसले तिनीहरूलाई बलपूर्वक निकालेका थिए तिनीहरूलाई इस्राएलका मानिसहरूले बाहिर निकाल्नेछन्।” यो सन्देश परमप्रभुबाट थियो।

| to be heard | רַבַּ֨ת | rabbat | ra-BAHT |
| in | בְּנֵי | bĕnê | beh-NAY |
| Rabbah | עַמּ֜וֹן | ʿammôn | AH-mone |
| of the Ammonites; | תְּרוּעַ֣ת | tĕrûʿat | teh-roo-AT |
| מִלְחָמָ֗ה | milḥāmâ | meel-ha-MA | |
| be shall it and | וְהָֽיְתָה֙ | wĕhāyĕtāh | veh-ha-yeh-TA |
| a desolate | לְתֵ֣ל | lĕtēl | leh-TALE |
| heap, | שְׁמָמָ֔ה | šĕmāmâ | sheh-ma-MA |
| daughters her and | וּבְנֹתֶ֖יהָ | ûbĕnōtêhā | oo-veh-noh-TAY-ha |
| shall be burned | בָּאֵ֣שׁ | bāʾēš | ba-AYSH |
| with fire: | תִּצַּ֑תְנָה | tiṣṣatnâ | tee-TSAHT-na |
| Israel shall then | וְיָרַ֧שׁ | wĕyāraš | veh-ya-RAHSH |
| be heir | יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
were that them unto | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| his heirs, | יֹרְשָׁ֖יו | yōrĕšāyw | yoh-reh-SHAV |
