यसर्थ संन्देश बाहकहरू राजा अनि अधिकारीहरू राजाले आज्ञा गरे झैं पत्रहरू लिएर इस्राएल अनि यहूदा भरि गए। ती पत्रहरूमा यस्तो भनिएको थियोःइस्राएलका छोरा-छोरीहरू, परमप्रभु, परमेश्वर तर्फ फर्केर आऊ जसका आज्ञा अब्राहाम, इसहाक अनि इस्राएलले पालन गर्दथे। तब परमेश्वरका मानिसहरू तिमीहरू जो अझ सम्म जीवित छौ अनि अश्शूरका राजाको अधिकारबाट उम्केका छौ। तिमीहरू कहाँ परमेश्वर फर्की आउनु हुनेछ।
