नाओमीले भनिन, “राम्रो छोरी, जान सक्छौ।”यसर्थ रूथ खेतमा गइन्। तिनी काम गर्नेहरूको पछि-पछि लागिन् अनि तिनले त्यहाँ छाडिएका अन्नहरू जम्मा गरिन्। यस्तो भयो कि तिनी खेतको त्यस भागमा पुगिन् जो एलीमेलेकका परिवारको बोअजको खेत थियो।
