നീർവ്വാതിലിന്നെതിരെയുള്ള വിശാലസ്ഥലത്തുവെച്ചു രാവിലെതുടങ്ങി ഉച്ചവരെ പുരുഷന്മാരും സ്ത്രീകളും ഗ്രഹിപ്പാൻ പ്രാപ്തിയുള്ള എല്ലാവരും കേൾക്കെ ന്യായപ്രമാണ പുസ്തകം വായിച്ചു; സർവ്വജനവും ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു കേട്ടു.
