പട്ടണങ്ങൾ അവർക്കു പാർപ്പിടമായിരിക്കേണം; അവയുടെ പുല്പുറം ആടുമാടുകൾ മുതലായ സകലമൃഗസമ്പത്തിന്നും വേണ്ടി ആയിരിക്കേണം.
