അങ്ങനെ അവർ ഒടുങ്ങുംവരെ യോശുവയും യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളും അവരിൽ ഒരു മഹാസംഹാരം നടത്തിക്കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ശേഷിച്ചവർ ഉറപ്പുള്ള പട്ടണങ്ങളിൽ ശരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു.
