യിരേമ്യാവു 11:14
ആകയാൽ നീ ഈ ജനത്തിന്നുവേണ്ടി പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കരുതു; അവർക്കു വേണ്ടി യാചനയോ പക്ഷവാദമോ കഴിക്കയുമരുതു; അവർ അനർത്ഥംനിമിത്തം എന്നോടു നിലവിളിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ കേൾക്കയില്ല.

| up lift | תִּשָּׂ֥א | tiśśāʾ | tee-SA |
| a cry | בַעֲדָ֖ם | baʿădām | va-uh-DAHM |
| or prayer | רִנָּ֣ה | rinnâ | ree-NA |
| for them: | וּתְפִלָּ֑ה | ûtĕpillâ | oo-teh-fee-LA |
| for | כִּ֣י׀ | kî | kee |
| I will not | אֵינֶ֣נִּי | ʾênennî | ay-NEH-nee |
| hear | שֹׁמֵ֗עַ | šōmēaʿ | shoh-MAY-ah |
| them in the time | בְּעֵ֛ת | bĕʿēt | beh-ATE |
| cry they that | קָרְאָ֥ם | qorʾām | kore-AM |
| unto | אֵלַ֖י | ʾēlay | ay-LAI |
