മരണയോഗ്യനായവനെ കൊല്ലുന്നതു രണ്ടോ മൂന്നോ സാക്ഷികളുടെ വാമൊഴിമേൽ ആയിരിക്കേണം; ഏകസാക്ഷിയുടെ വാമൊഴിമേൽ അവനെ കൊല്ലരുതു.
