അനന്തരം ബാൽ-ശാലീശയിൽനിന്നു ഒരാൾ ദൈവപുരുഷന്നു ആദ്യഫലമായിട്ടു ഇരുപതു യവത്തപ്പവും മലരും പൊക്കണത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. ജനത്തിന്നു അതു തിന്മാൻ കൊടുക്ക എന്നു അവൻ കല്പിച്ചു.

| twenty | בִּכּוּרִים֙ | bikkûrîm | bee-koo-REEM |
| loaves | עֶשְׂרִֽים | ʿeśrîm | es-REEM |
| barley, of | לֶ֣חֶם | leḥem | LEH-hem |
| corn of ears full and | שְׂעֹרִ֔ים | śĕʿōrîm | seh-oh-REEM |
| in the husk | וְכַרְמֶ֖ל | wĕkarmel | veh-hahr-MEL |
