ആരെങ്കിലും നിങ്ങളെ കൈക്കൊള്ളാതിരുന്നാൽ ആ പട്ടണം വിട്ടു അവരുടെ നേരെ സാക്ഷ്യത്തിന്നായി നിങ്ങളുടെ കാലിൽനിന്നു പൊടി തട്ടിക്കളവിൻ.

“இந்த அரசன் மிகவும் உபாயமும் தந்திரமும் உடையவனாக இருப்பான். அவன் வெற்றி பெறுவதற்காகத் தனது ஞானத்தையும், பொய்களையும் பயன்படுத்துவான். அவன் தன்னை மிகவும் முக்கிய மானவன் என்று நினைப்பான். அவன் பல ஜனங்களை அவர்கள் எதிர்பார்திராத நேரத்தில் அழிப்பான். அவன் அதிபதிகளுக்கெல்லாம் அதிபதியானவரோடு (தேவன்) போரிட முயற்சி செய்வான். ஆனால் கொடுமையான அரசனின் வல்லமை அழிக்கப்படும். அவனை அழிக்கப்போவது மனிதக் கைகளாக இருக்காது.
