യഹോവെക്കു തങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകൾ കഴിപ്പാൻ അവൻ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളോടു സീനായിമരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു അരുളിച്ചെയ്ത നാളിൽ യഹോവ മോശെയോടു സീനായിപർവ്വതത്തിൽ വെച്ചു ഇവ കല്പിച്ചു.
