ശിംശോൻ അർദ്ധരാത്രിവരെ കിടന്നുറങ്ങി അർദ്ധരാത്രിയിൽ എഴുന്നേറ്റു പട്ടണവാതിലിന്റെ കതകും കട്ടളക്കാൽ രണ്ടും ഓടാമ്പലോടുകൂടെ പറിച്ചെടുത്തു ചുമലിൽവെച്ചു പുറപ്പെട്ടു ഹെബ്രോന്നെതിരെയുള്ള മലമുകളിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി.
