Genesis 7:18
വെള്ളം പൊങ്ങി ഭൂമിയിൽ ഏറ്റവും പെരുകി; പെട്ടകം വെള്ളത്തിൽ ഒഴുകിത്തുടങ്ങി.

| upon | עַל | ʿal | al |
| earth; the | הָאָ֑רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| and the ark | וַתֵּ֥לֶךְ | wattēlek | va-TAY-lek |
| went | הַתֵּבָ֖ה | hattēbâ | ha-tay-VA |
| upon | עַל | ʿal | al |
| the face | פְּנֵ֥י | pĕnê | peh-NAY |
| of the waters. | הַמָּֽיִם׃ | hammāyim | ha-MA-yeem |
